Falcon Special Situations Advisory was founded by Dr. Jochen Schwenk to bring a proven European crisis-intervention capability to the Gulf.
Jochen is a crisis operator with a background in military special operations — experience in making clear decisions under extreme pressure, now applied to the highest-stakes situations in business. He holds a doctoral degree in Strategic Intelligence and Security Studies, bringing an academic foundation in intelligence and security to real-world operational experience.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Schwenk AG, a European operational crisis and risk advisory firm; a Forbes Business Council contributor; and the author of Resilience Under Fire, a practical playbook for decision-making under pressure.
Falcon applies that same capability — operators who take the controls, not advisers who produce reports — for family offices, investors, governments and industry across the Gulf and the wider region.
